From the first launch of TargetWeight, we have always carefully engineered the app to care about your data with a lot of precaution. An extremely large percentage of you never had any data issue whatsoever because of this quality care we work to achieve. Unfortunately, a small fraction of you have lost data because of several reasons like deleting the app, like having a broken or lost iPhone and other exotic technical issues.

We have therefore now engineered a complete Online Backup and Restore System for your convenience and peace of mind. So now with this optional service your data is protected from being lost for any unfortunate circumstances. Once configured with your account details, TargetWeight will auto-backup daily on Tactio servers using 128-bit SSL Encryption. Whatever happens, you can enjoy the peace of mind that your data is backed up and restorable on the same or any other device you may decide to use in the future.

In fact, you can also use it to easily transfer your data from an iPhone to an iPad for example, or from an iPod Touch to an iPhone. Keeping the service running does carry an on-going cost so we need you to pay for that cost and this is why the Online Backup Service is an option that you need to purchase from the INFO page. As always, it is fully optional.

√ You will now be able to access your data online by going to our web site at www.tactiosoft.com and clicking on the HealthCloud logo in the top menu. Then simply type in your TactioID account credentials to access the Tactio Health Cloud.

√ There are a lot of new services and features that will be delivered using this system both from an online and in-app perspective, you will be the first to know.

√ Should you not want these services, you will be able to opt-out but keep only the online backup service functionality.

√ To start, we are releasing now two functionalities. 1) You can change your TactioID password or get a new password request sent to your email if you forgot about it completely. 2) You can EXPORT DATA AS CSV. The service will take your last TargetWeight PRO backup and create a CSV file with it that you can open in Excel or Numbers for further analysis or charting.
